WAVE SPRINGS provides same spring force & deflection similar to Coil spring, at 50% height of the Coil spring.

Crest-to-Crest® Wave Springs are pre-stacked in series, decreasing the spring rate proportionally to the number of turns. Uses are typically applications requiring low-medium spring rates and large deflections with low-medium forces.

Manufacturing process: “Edgewinding process”. Wave Springs are manufactured by coiling the flat wire.

Size range:

• Standard : 5 mm to 60 mm diameter
• Custom : 4 mm to 3000 mm diameter

Material :

• Standard : Carbon steel, SS 17-7
• Custom : SS 302, SS 316, Super alloys - Inconel, Monel, A 286, Elgiloy, Beryllium copper

Surface treatment & surface finish as per customer requirement: Black oxide, Zinc plating, Oil Dip, Passivation, Zinc phosphate, Vapor degrease/ Ultrasonic clean, Vibratory deburr/Hand deburr.
